On July 7 British Columbia invited 57 candidates in their Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) to apply under their Tech Pilot program.
BC PNP issues weekly draws under the Tech Pilot program to candidates who have a job offer in selected tech occupations from an employer in the province. The applicant must have at least 120 days remaining on the 365-day offer.
Applicants of the BC PNP Tech Pilot program receive prioritized processing from provincial immigration authorities related to:
- Service: a dedicated BC PNP concierge for tech employers provides tailored information and navigation assistance for immigration programs and processes.
- Prioritization: tech applications are prioritized during processing to meet the sector’s fast-paced demands.
- Engagement: continuous support is provided to tech sector employers through proactive engagement activities and participation at key industry events.
